Founder of PlayMindConnect.

Before becoming a coach and facilitator, I built my career in corporate product management and training across global markets. While my professional background shaped my strategic and facilitation skills, it was motherhood that truly transformed my understanding of learning, emotions, and human connection.
As my twins grow, I realize that supporting children goes beyond teaching skills or behaviors—it's about understanding their inner world and our own as parents. This realization led me to explore Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), emotional awareness, mindful communication, and the transformative power of play. Through this journey, I reconnected with myself, naturally deepening my relationship with my children.
In reflection, I also recognize that for more than a decade, I've intuitively created games, sensory activities, and playful exercises to support my twins' development. Play remains our most natural language of connection.
That awareness became the foundation of PlayMindConnect.
Today, I support children, parents, and teams through the pillars of Play, Mind, and Connection, helping people grow with confidence, emotional awareness, and meaningful relationships. My work is grounded in the belief that when connection comes first, growth follows—one playful, mindful moment at a time.
